They help to lose weight if consumed in small amounts.  Similarly red meat, fish, chicken, and pork contain cholesterol but they also contain protein, zinc, and iron. Lean meat is perfectly okay for a weight loss program. 
  8. Vegetables and fruits, both fresh and frozen, are healthy. It is wrong to say that frozen vegetables, fruits are bad. Fresh vegetables and fruits, because of light exposure, sometimes lose nutrients. 
  9. Fast foods are very unhealthy. This point is correct at almost all times as the ingredients added to them are usually unhealthy. Fast foods should be avoided to bring the weight under control.
