Exercise

If you do too much exercise then also it will harm your menstrual cycle. It is said that when you have periods you should stop heavy workouts because it decreases the estrogen levels and cause your periods to come late. So, if you want to bring your periods early then stop doing too many heavy workouts like weight lifting, running, etc when your periods are about to come.

The best way to induce periods faster is the consumption of Vitamin C foods. However, there is no scientific evidence but it is a common belief that Vitamin C can bring your periods faster. The Vitamin C can elevate your estrogen levels and lower progesterone levels which cause the uterus to contract and the lining of the uterus to break down, leading to the onset of menstruation. The Brussels sprouts, citrus fruits, spinach, berries, broccoli, Black currants, red and green peppers, and tomatoes are all good sources of vitamin C.

Aspirin

The intake of crushed aspirin with half cup water, sugar and honey helps in making the blood thinner which may result in periods. But once you need to consult your doctor before taking.

Black Cohosh

This is another herbal supplement which can be purchased from the market to regulate the periods. It helps the body by toning the uterus and promotes the shedding of the uterine lining. The women who are suffering from blood pressure, heart problem or have a history of the liver problem should avoid the intake of black Cohosh.

However, the body of each woman is different. Sometimes the method works for one person but not for the other. In that case, try another remedy because all are effective depending upon different bodies. The above-mentioned remedies are for the women whose period comes monthly. But it will not work

  • If you have never gotten your periods then don’t try these natural remedies because it will not help to induce your first periods. In such a case, you have to consult with a doctor because something is wrong with your reproductive system.
  • Secondly, if you are pregnant then don’t try to induce your labor from these methods because it may harm your internal parts. If you want to abort then take guidance from the doctor.

The delayed periods

Sometimes women want to induce the periods early but there are many cases in which many women don’t have the regular periods of 26-28 days or of one month.
