The Maker’s Diet is also called the Maker Diet. This diet plan encourages dieters to embark upon a diet plan that addresses those habits that lead to a healthy mind, body, and soul. Though the Maker diet does not place special emphasis on weight loss, it improves the well-being and the overall health of dieters which ultimately leads to weight loss.
Food products that can be consumed according to the maker’s diet find their origins in the Old Testaments. This gives rise to a number of limitations and guidelines of the maker diet plan
- The maker diet says that the animal meat that is consumed must be from those creatures whose hooves are split and from those animals who chew the cud.
- The ingestion of pork is restricted to the effect of being forbidden in the Maker Diet.
- Poultry must only include those birds that are non-scavenging. The Maker diet recommended turkeys, ducks, chickens, and guineas. On the other hand, ostrich and emu meat cannot be consumed.
- According to the maker diet, only those eggs that can be consumed are laid by ducks or chickens.
- The seafood that is included in the maker’s diet should essentially have fins as well as scales. That being said, catfish, sharks, and shellfish should not be allowed to be consumed.
- Only those dairy products are permitted on the maker diet plan that is manufactured using goat, cow, or sheep’s milk.

The Phases In Maker Diet
There are a number of phases that come under the maker diet. These depend on a number of factors such as state of health, budget as well as time constraints on the part of the dieter.
Phase One In Maker Diet:
This phase of the maker diet is stretched over 2 weeks, that is, 14 days. During this phase, the dieter is encouraged to consume high starch products. The maker diet-After the previous phase, the succeeding fourteen days incorporate the consumption of some new products but continue the above-mentioned lifestyle as it is. Dairy products in limitation can be added to the diet. Peanut oil is also recommended. A number of beans and legumes, fresh fruits as well as stevia should be added as well.
Phase Three of the maker diet

Supplements In maker Diet
The Maker diet encourages the consumption of a number of supplements for the purpose of bringing about a lifestyle change. A certain multivitamin that holds homeostatic nutrients must be consumed by the dieter at least three times on a regular basis. Cod liver oil must also be consumed in the evening. However, the quantity depends on the dieter’s exposure to sunlight during that particular week.
