You should drink enough water every day. This can prevent dry skin. Your tissues should be hydrated sufficiently and nourished properly, particularly in winter, to prevent skin from becoming dry. Take enough fluid foods but avoid alcohol and caffeine. It is recommended that you take at least 8 – 10 glasses of water every day.
The next step is exfoliation. Once a week you should exfoliate your skin. You can use a body scrub for exfoliation before bathing. Dead skin cells are removed when you scrub the skin.
