Water is very essential to drink in a proper amount to keeps the body hydrate in monsoon. Junk foods

In the rainy season, the bacteria and virus grow very rapidly. In markets, the foods are pre-prepared at exactly which time that we also don’t know. So, it is better to avoid junk foods which are oily and fried foods. These foods are obviously very tasty but not good for children’s digestive system.

Ice creams and Gola

Avoid street selling ice creams and golas which is made up of water is not distilled and often contaminated. It is better than you give them homemade ice-cream which is not harmful to them.


The seafood in monsoon should be avoided because all the sea fish and other creators turn bad and humid in this weather. This is the time in which most fish breed which has an impact on the taste and quality of the fish.

Salt intake

Avoid so much salt intake during monsoon because too many salty foods increase the chances of water retention and sluggishness in a child. So, it is better to eat normal salt consisting of foods.


The king of all the fruits is the most lovable fruit by the children. But in the rainy season, it is better to avoid the mangoes because it causes acne and skin problems during this season. The mangoes intake will increase more problems if your child is already prone to skin allergies.

Cold drinks

The packed cold drinks reduce the level of the minerals in our bodies, leading to a reduction in enzyme activities. During monsoon, the children’s digestive system is already at risk and if they will drink cold drinks it will affect very negatively and increase the risk of falling sick.
