Training

Work out for legs and glutes together are her main exercises to be focused. Christina believed that working on both legs and glutes together is the most efficient way to work out since it saves a lot of time and is also highly effective.

Her basic workout routine for her legs and glutes includes the following sets as given below:

  1. Squats…

Squats to be done in sets of 4 with 5 repetitions in each set.

  1. Barbell hip thrust…

This is to be performed in the sets of 3 with each set having 12-15 reps.

  1. Reverse hypers…

This routine is to be performed in the 3 sets with 10 reps each.

  1. Cable pulls through with a mini band…

This is performed with 12 reps per set and with total 3 sets.

If Christina wishes to focus more on her legs then she will simply replace the work out for glutes with those such as leg extensions, lunges etc.

Nutrition

During any competitions Christina strictly follows her diet plan though; while not competing she prefers to keep her diet relaxed and loves enjoying healthy food. While at events she gives her self-maximum freedom to eat whatever she likes and enjoys the food.

While participating in any competition, Christina goes fully strict on her diet with not even a single cheat day. She is truly dedicated and firm towards her diet that only includes egg whites, fish, complex carbohydrates and few heart friendly fats.

What can we learn from Christina?

The most important thing we can learn from a motivating personality like Christiana is her determination and lost importantly her patience. She was not successful in achieving her goals initially but that did not stop her from working hard and becoming what she is today. Her perseverance was the key to achieving her goals and therefore we must always remember this and take example that even while we are having a tough time all we need to do is be patient and keeping working hard, the results will definitely show up when the time comes.
