Bad breath can be caused due to external and internal body factors. Not maintaining proper mouth hygiene leads to the development of bacteria in the mouth and you can suffer from bad breath. Indigestion and intestinal disturbances also cause a foul smell in breath. At times, bad breath is also a symptom of other diseases like constipation, lung infection, and acidity. Though it does not have any fatal impact on the body, it needs to be controlled to avoid infection to others parts of the body like teeth, tongue ,or kidney.
